Fantastic customer service, from initial call to check information, to arriving in store to purchase the bike. Really friendly informative staff. One week after purchasing the bike, received and email to check everything was ok. When the bike got puncture after the first ride they repaired it free of charge. The bike is brilliant as well. Would highly recommend.

The staff are brilliant and exceptionally knowledgeable. Hugo helped me choose my first e-bike. He talked me through every step by discussing my expected use, and all the accessories that I may need. We spoke about my height being an issue for most bikes (I am 5ft1 so needed an XS frame), and found the brilliant Verve 2 lowstep in a lovely sparkly blue. We then found all the accessories to match - blue pannier bags, blue bottle and bottle holder, and a blue helmet! He emailed a quote with a breakdown of all the accessories so I could apply for a cycle to work certificate. I was updated when the bike arrived and had been built. Hugo even helped put the bike into my car. This has been the most empowering bike sale I have ever had. I feel confident getting back out on the roads after 5yrs of not cycling. Thank you so much.

The quality starts when you buy from Trek but doesn't end there. The after sales service from the Bristol branch is exceptional. The team are friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. A great all round customer experience. Very highly recommended

5 Star service from the friendly and helpful team at Trek. I popped in on the off chance that they could sort a problem with my saddle and an hour later through sheer perseverance and skill, I was back on the road! We’d been recommended to Trek by friends having lost faith in the shop where we originally purchased our bikes and I have to say, the service today has confirmed Trek as our first choice bike specialist in Bristol. Compared to other manufacturers I visited for a new bike this was by far one of the best and this is the third bike I have bought all £6k . Great employees My bmx’s back tire broke while riding in city centre meaning the tire was rubbing against the frame and I couldn’t ride. I went to trek to see if they could let me borrow a tool to atleast make it rideable, they were happily helpful and the guy working on the bikes at the workbench helped me out to fix it for free. He saved me so much time and was very friendly and helpful. Else I would be dragging my bike back 10km home. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I went there at around 3pm on the 26th of October. Great person. Thanks to him again.
