My bmx’s back tire broke while riding in city centre meaning the tire was rubbing against the frame and I couldn’t ride. I went to trek to see if they could let me borrow a tool to atleast make it rideable, they were happily helpful and the guy working on the bikes at the workbench helped me out to fix it for free. He saved me so much time and was very friendly and helpful. Else I would be dragging my bike back 10km home. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I went there at around 3pm on the 26th of October. Great person. Thanks to him again.

The guy in the workshop spent quality time checking the bike with me and explaining what and why something needed to be replaced. More importantly, advised what did not need to be change. They allowed me to test drive the bikes we overviewed while discussing and cared for my safety by providing a helmet. Best buyer experience ever.
