I bought a new remedy which is my first proper full sus bike and had a couple of issues with the bike/my riding style. Initially I was worried about taking it back to the shop but the team at TREK bristol put me at ease and worked tirelessly to resolve the issues i was having as well as making sure i always had an available option if we couldn't fix the issue. Specific mentions for Mike and Ash for options but especially to Al and Stu who really went the extra mile to help me with the bike showing me what they were doing, explaining why and helping me understand how my riding style could be adapted so the 1x12 drivetrain would be optimised even coming out for a ride to see what was happening, on top of that i was given options on ways to adapt the bike so it would suit me a bit better as well. I really wasn't prepared for the amount of care and effort i received from the team. The customer service here is second to none, the guys are freindly, helpful, knowledgeable, genuinely enthusistic about the industry and the kit and patient which is why i am a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone, you will be looked after here.

Everyone at Bike UK is helpful. They will take time to talk you through every aspect of a bike and the equipment needed. Plus if you have any problem they are happy to help and talk you through everything they do. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best bike shop in the country. I am now on my fourth bike and still own the first. As a triathlete my bike and the maintenance of it are imperative to my success and the guys at bike uk offer service second to none. Lucy does a very professional and accurate bike fit which meant I went into my race on my TT bike with confidence and comfort. David C on the shop floor is always happy to help, and is very knowledgeable. I always enjoy popping into the shop and always leave with something new. The store arranged a My O Orbea Ordu Tri bike in my dream colours and kept me up to date with the delivery. Thank you all so much and I look forward to continuing to rely on you guys to keep my bikes in fine form.

Needed new pedals as I couldn't use my new cycling shoes (bought elsewhere years ago, but kept in box) with old-fashioned clips and straps. The assistant took the time to show me the clipless options, and pointed out the ones I might find easier to use as a first-time clipless user. I chose a set of pedals, and had a look round the shop while the assistant and his colleagues fitted my pedals and cleats. I was also given advice on riding with clipless pedals, and on how to adjust the tension when I have gained a bit more confidence with them. I'm getting back into cycling after a long lay-off. It's great to see that independent bike shops still give a good standard of service. Thanks guys! Update : No reflection on the subject shop, but within two weeks I bought a pedal spanner and put the old ones back on. I did not feel safe being clipped in.

Just go straight here to buy your bike. The service (regular policies when you buy bike and one-offs when you’re in trouble) are brilliant. Thanks to Brooks for his help this morning. Great job.

My front wheel was stolen outside Bristol museum but these guys were open late and able to help me out so I was able to ride home. Absolute life savers! I couldn't be more grateful.

I have gone in a few times with problems with my bike which they have fixed at no cost. Very helpful considering I did not buy a bike from them.

I've had a couple of really good experiences here lately. A bike fit & some tech help after I'd done something silly to a wheel. friendly, inclusive staff, knowledgeable, and not salesy.

Young, smart crew willing to help, nothing more i can ask for. They helped me few times with little issues, not asking for money. Good shop pump right next to the entrance ready to use at will.

Friendly and good advice; good selection, decent sized shop in a good spot if you also want to amble nearby for a brew. All in all, it's just what you need.

Excellent service from DJ when I bought my wife a Kalkoff electric bike for her birthday at their stand at the Shepton Mallet Motorhome Show. Nothing was too much trouble and he lent us a demo bike to take on holiday abroad for a month whilst her new one needed key replacements which had to be obtained from Germany. For both the demo bike and the new one DJ fitted the bike to her in terms of saddle and handle bar adjustments and explained the use of the controls, display, lock and battery charging. Both the demo and new bikes had to be delivered to us involving 2 round trips of about 200 miles. I cannot speak highly enough of DJ and of Bike UK - Bristol.
