Excellent service from Calvin. After a bug in the company's online website I called to try and recover the situation. Explaining that my purchase was for a birthday gift the following day Calvin went out and purchased wrapping paper himself and hand wrapped my gift before dispatching it next day to arrive in time. Top marks and an excellent recovery of what could have been a one star review!

Recently bought my first bike there and the service was absolutely brilliant, from choosing the best one for me to customising it and sorting out niggles- all the servicing was free in the first week and the staff so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate that they have two female staff as well, they are excellent.
