At least one of the mechanics has been rude and patronizing in several occasions. He has, in my opinion, poor customer service skills and can't really be bothered even to try to help a customer in need, or decline a request politely without sounding confrontational, or call when he says he would and order things when he said he would. In my last experience I got back my bike in worse conditions than when I brought it in and dangerous to ride. Does this person know the meaning of safety and integrity? Fortunately there are other bike shops in Bristol.
