Enquired about a replacement rear shock. Sent various pictures by email and had to call them as I got no reply after 3 weeks.
They then asked me to bring my bike in so they can measure it to get the order for the part, after another 3 weeks and I call them again and they told me they could not find the part and just did not get around to call me.
