Thank you so much to Antoine and the team at Trek Bicycle Bristol. My bike had a level 2 service and is running like a dream and gleaming like new. There is a new system for servicing. You drop the bike in for assessment and the bike is stored at the shop until service. Bikes are serviced in turn. It took just five days from assessment to service, so not too long. They don’t just service Trek bicycles either, mine is a Ridgeback Velocity.

I recently used the bike repair service, and I must say I was highly impressed with the quality of their work, especially master Hugo provided with the excellent service! My bike had some minor issues, and he was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they explained the repairs to me in a way that I could understand.

Raf was very helpful in the shop. I took my bike in squeaking and difficult to ride. After a service it feels like a brand new bike, which is helped by the awesome new grip tape I also had fitted. Would 100% recommend and my partner will be bringing their bike in soon to get serviced too.

Always a welcoming pleasure going into Trek Bristol. Reminds me of the home store in Wisconsin, US! Whether it's a sporting chat about rides past & future, drooling over new models, helping with a technical issue I can't wrench for myself, or giving me tips on trails & events, the staff are friendly, sociable, and always go beyond what I'd expect. Just recently needed a BB bracket bearing replaced but don't have a press of my own. The mechanic also sorted some creaks and groans I've long since accepted as "old bike" noises, and gave me some pointers on how to solve those issues myself... Getting back such a smooth & quiet ride is kinda like new bike day!

Thanks for the fantastic guidance from the Trek Bristol team in particular Jan who went above and beyond with his advice and support. Having now clocked 100miles, I can report the new bike it has worked flawlessly. Big credit to the technician responsible for its precision build.
