Really busy shop, thats also under staffed, (when i spoke to them) the guys are really helpful but they just cant keep up with the footfall but thats not there fault obviously.

This shop is excellent. They just helped me set up a navigation system for my bike at no charge. They, or at least the Manager, is a genuine supporter of cyclists and probably is one himself.

If you are looking for a company that will support you when making a high value purchase then forget considering cheaper internet options but come to Treck Bristol. This branch lead by the manager Paul sets standards far greater than one might expect these days, and happy to report good old fashion customer care is alive and well. I looked into buying an electrical mountain bike for over 4 years and did consider a large local Bristol Company that has a green logo(say no more) and so glad I came to this team as there passion for customer care and support is fantastic and nothing is to much trouble thank your for all your help and support, see you in 11 months for the first service

Thank you so much to Antoine and the team at Trek Bicycle Bristol. My bike had a level 2 service and is running like a dream and gleaming like new. There is a new system for servicing. You drop the bike in for assessment and the bike is stored at the shop until service. Bikes are serviced in turn. It took just five days from assessment to service, so not too long. They don’t just service Trek bicycles either, mine is a Ridgeback Velocity.

I recently used the bike repair service, and I must say I was highly impressed with the quality of their work, especially master Hugo provided with the excellent service! My bike had some minor issues, and he was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they explained the repairs to me in a way that I could understand.

Raf was very helpful in the shop. I took my bike in squeaking and difficult to ride. After a service it feels like a brand new bike, which is helped by the awesome new grip tape I also had fitted. Would 100% recommend and my partner will be bringing their bike in soon to get serviced too.
