Petros Linardos
I have owned Trek bicycles for 12 years. Their well-deserved reputation for reliability is contingent on proper service. I find the latter at my local Trek store, and then some. On new year’s eve I showed up at 4:30 PM with a flat tire. I had acted in great haste, ignoring the store’s hours: they had closed since 3 PM. Nevertheless, luck was on my side: Adam, the store manager, was still there, though already in his car and about to drive away. He greeted me and noticed my flat tire. Unprompted, he parked his car, reopened the store, and replaced the damaged tube and tire. He made my day, and my New Year’s Day. Adam went beyond the call of duty. Yet that was not necessarily surprising: he is part of a dedicated, knowledgeable, effective and friendly team I can always count on.
