Trek Store service staff took the time and care to thoroughly check and repair my son's bicycle, when they were quite busy, at a super fair price. I highly recommend this shop.

Fast, friendly service as usual (12 years of bike service here)! They inspected my bike on the spot when I rode in, and let me know everything was good, no need for any tune-up or parts replacements. I greatly appreciate the honesty and will be back next year to address the "watch items" of tire tread and bike chain wear. I wanted a new, more comfortable bike seat, and one was recommended and installed in a few minutes. Great work!

It was such a great experience with Trek Bicycle Seminole for helping me after my two day, 215-mile, 17-hours, Coast to Coast ride from Merritt Fl Island to Dunedin Fl. Great shop, and it is on the Pinellas Trail. Highly recommend!

Hydraulic brake leaks. The diagnosis may have been difficult but it took a few different times. Anthony worked with me on figuring out the least expensive fix that still took a few different orders and a few weeks to finish. He gave me a Catrike trike to use during the down time and adjusted the tension on one handle at my request when finished. It felt good but I've not used the brakes yet. He and all the other employees were very nice and cooperative.

Diagnosing the brake hydrilic issue could have been better. The customer service with allowing me to use a Catrike trike until my extended service was done, while ordering the parts, was much appreciated. Making a final handle tension adjustment at my request was appreciated. I haven't used the trike yet to actually test the brakes.

Anthony and Sean were very helpful. Both extremely welcoming, positive attitude, not overly pushy on accessories you don’t need and provide guidance on the accessories you’re interest in. Direct access to the pinellas trail so you can give your bike a ride to ensure everything fits well your first go. Anthony and Sean were fantastic! They were super friendly and positive, and they didn’t pressure you into buying anything you didn’t need. They even gave you some great advice on the accessories you were interested in. Plus, they have direct access to the Pinellas Trail, so you can take your bike for a spin and make sure everything fits perfectly before you buy it.
On a side note, music in the store is top notch.

Outstanding service today ! I was on vacation in Largo and the bikes I borrowed had a broken spoke and a second bike broken shifter sheathing . They fixed both problems while I waited !!

My husband gifted me my first Trek bike ever. I arrived to pick it up yesterday evening. Being a novice in the world of cycling, I was REFRESHINGLY greeted with an extremely warm, engaged and knowledgeable staff. Anthony (there was also an incredibly kind female staff member who helped me but I didn’t catch her name!) greeted me and walked me through the basics of the bike; taking time out of what he was previously doing to offer help and adjustments to the bike if I had wanted. Jonathan (and Sean) took me under his wing to give a step by step explanation of ideas on how to enhance my riding experience - even later showing me how to disassemble the bike and safely load it in my car. Each staff member was friendly and approachable. *I had previously visited a DIFFERENT bike store looking for help and was met with quite the opposite attitude and approach to customer service. So the experience at Trek Bicycle Seminole allowed me to again be excited to ride and dive into the cycling world. If you are of any level of riding and you are looking for an extremely knowledgeable staff and a phenomenal customer service experience (not to mention a great location right off the Pinellas Trail), please visit Trek Bicycle Seminole. They go above and beyond and certainly deserve your business. Awesome experience. Thank you guys!
