I can’t say enough good things about 815 Dental Studio. My overwhelmingly positive experience began well in advance of my initial appointment. At the onset of my initial outreach, and as we went through the scheduling process and recording of all of my information such as history, insurance, etc., the staff was a delight to work with. There was a small hiccup when I provided my insurance information, to which I was entirely to blame, and the staff quickly pointed me in the right direction. I believe I had been speaking with Amy - so thank you for all of the help, Amy. I was even provided with an estimate of the cost of services after I was able to provide the correct insurance information. This was a benefit I had not yet encountered in previous dental visits. On the morning of my appointment, I was conveniently provided with a text message reminder - a simple, but useful feature. As I walked in a few minutes ahead of my 7:00 a.m. appointment, I was greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk and told I would be seen shortly. As many might do, I sat down, looked around at the beautiful office, and quickly pulled out my phone to catch up on emails. Well, the emails would have to wait as it wasn’t 30 seconds after having sat down and I was quickly heading back. As someone who has waited well past so many scheduled appointment times - this was a stark and welcomed contrast. For my particular visit, I had the pleasure of working with Katie. I jokingly brought up my past experience and overall dislike of the x-ray process, but she made this as easy and comfortable as possible. Throughout my appointment, I was truly blown away with how much technology, tools, and resources were utilized for my one visit. It’s so nice to work with an office who not only embraces the use of technology but so clearly invests directly in their practice to ensure their patients receive the highest level of care. My appointment ended as most do with the Dentist coming in to review everything and answer any outstanding questions. My Dentist, Dr. Anthony, was so genuine in her questioning and making sure I was comfortable with everything that had been discussed. I was once again reminded that I had chosen the right office. The city of Rockford, Loves Park, and the surrounding area has so many dental offices to choose from. For someone who is establishing a new relationship with an office and wants to ensure they will be working with a kind, knowledgeable, and genuine staff who utilize best-in-class tools and technology, look no further than 815 Dental Studio.
