At the end of December my husband had a speeding incident in our personal car on our first day going on vacation for the holidays. Since he’s a CDL holder we were extremely concerned about how this would affect his license. Mr. Goldman assured us that while he cannot promise us anything he would definitely try his best.
From the first call with him he was extremely knowledgeable and clear in what to expect and what the next steps would be. Any emails we sent were followed up quickly. He worked his magic and my husband’s license got no points and our insurance did not go up! Literally the best case scenario! I usually don't write reviews, but I believe this one could help someone else. My son got into a physical fight while on vacation in Florida with friends and was arrested for assault. When we flew to Florida for his first court date, we found out that the prosecutor wanted to upgrade the charges to a felony. Being from Mississippi, we knew we needed a lawyer from Florida to represent him. We consulted with Jason about our son's case, and he agreed to represent him.
