I bought an Ebike from Trek Bicycle Golden in 2022 and have put over 6,000 miles on it so far. The service department is excellent and usually they can take care of small things relatively quickly. More serious repairs can sometimes take quite a bit of time and because the Ebike is so much fun to ride, I get a little testy when my bike is in the shop (my problem, not theirs). The sales staff is very friendly and helpful and now that they rent Ebikes, I can take my son or a friend on a ride with me for a day. Great location in downtown Golden with free parking.
