Quinn was an absolute legend. Thorough, helpful, informative. Felt like he balanced needed replacements/services with suggested improvements/products well without feeling like he was upselling or pushing an agenda. Great experience and bike is now riding like new. Also helped me with a couple bike fit items and was very patient and again helpful. Will be back.

I purchased an e-bike through Amazon — even though many people told me not to, I had to stay within my budget. After a week or two, I started having a bunch of issues: the back tire kept going flat overnight and the brakes were super noisy. The seller sent me a replacement inner tube and instructions on how to fix the brakes, but I’m definitely no expert.
So I brought my bike here, and Quinn was incredibly nice and helpful. He fixed everything perfectly and even took care of all the small details. You can tell he’s a true expert and professional. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone and will personally come back if I ever have any more issues.

They've also adjusted my Brompton in the past while I shopped in Whole Foods next door. Very grateful this shop is here!

I had a great experience at the Trek store in Edgewater, NJ. I picked up a bike I had purchased online, and the team had it fully built and ready for me. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the pickup process easy. While I was there, I also bought a few accessories—everything was well-stocked and organized. I really appreciated the smooth service, the recommendations without pushing and how well they handled everything. Highly recommend for both online orders and in-store purchases!
