Outstanding sales and service by Quinn. I have been a Trek customer since 1990, and was happy to purchase my 8th bike from Trek Edgewater; a Checkpoint ALR5. I had a small issue with my new bike after a long tour in South America, and Quinn quickly took care of me. I was super impressed with their speed and efficiency. Stalin, their bike tech, did a fantastic job prepping my bike for the trip, and equally good job when I had to do a frame swap. Highly recommend.

Tatiana from Trek Bicycle Edgewater provided us with outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond, searching nationwide to find the specific bike my daughter wanted. Tatiana kept us updated throughout the process, including the transport of the bike she located—the only remaining one in the country. When delays occurred with FedEx pickup at the store holding the bike, Tatiana diligently communicated with them and their supervisor multiple times, trying to expedite the process.
When the bike finally arrived at Trek Bicycle Edgewater, Tatiana and her team noticed some cosmetic issues. They were completely transparent, sending us detailed pictures of the bike, including the blemishes, and offering multiple options to resolve the situation. Ultimately, we decided to go with a different color of the same model, which Tatiana generously offered to us at a discount.
The new bike arrived at our home on time, looking perfect—pretty as a pin! We are thrilled with the purchase and can’t thank Tatiana enough for her exceptional customer service.

Brought in my Quintana Roo tri bike for a new cassette, chain, handlebar tape, tires, and a general tune-up. These guys did an awesome job in only two days! Honestly, my ride is feeling like the first day I got on the bike 12 years ago.
