Bought my Domane from Goodales (closer to home but further from camp) in the spring, went for a ride this weekend and despite my Di2 being fully charged, just wouldn't shift. Went back to camp and watched a bunch of videos, couldn't get it working, so I took here and Fritty looked at it. Got the rear derailer working in a few minutes, then he reseated the cable on the front derailed (I disconnected it troubleshooting and probably didn't reconnect it properly). Not o my was Fritty a pleasure to talk to, after getting both working, he wouldn't take any money for fixing it. After leaving I realized I should've walked around and looked at possible accessories, ride gels, etc, but I'll definitely be back again. Amazing customer service!

I have been a customer for many years and their service department in particular Simon but all the guys are just incredible. They care so much about taking care of you. They will strive to get you back riding quickly. I cannot recommend them more highly. No other bike shop compares in my opinion.

Gale Stone is fabulous! I haven’t ridden my bike in about 8 years, the bike is about 20yrs old. She looked it over, told me it needed minimal work and was in great shape. She is honest and did not try to upsell me unnecessary things! When I returned the next day to pick it up, my bike looked brand new! And it rides like a dream! I picked up some new gloves, shorts, and cross bar upstairs and the gentleman up there was very helpful as well! I will definitely be returning for all future bike needs. And I will definitely recommend them to friends!
