First, everyone is very friendly and they want to call you by name when you walk into the shop. Second, in most instances, minor adjustments are made within the hour. Third, and I did not know this, if your trek bike needs to stay overnight, they actually give you a loaner! Who knew? Last, the shop is incredible when it comes to warranties. They really take care of their customers.

Nice store, friendly staff, I showed up 15 min before closing expecting to drop off the wheel for a tube change and they did it on the spot. Price was acceptable, got to shop a bit during a short wait. Much appreciated.
