Trek Fairfield has a great team in place. They helped me choose a bike (Allant 9.9S) service the bike ,customized the bike flawlessly. They have been attentive. They always call me back. They order parts in a timely manner not that they were many and when the bike leaves, their shop works like it’s supposed to. It’s a very expensive bike with a lot of technology. They understand the technology which is greatly appreciated. Just a sidenote I had to use the store in Saratoga Springs, New York and I found that team to be confident, friendly, helpful, and actually got me out of a Very bad situation 200 miles from home their technicians figured out a problem and got the bike up and moving. I love the bike. The factory stores have been great, which is another reason to go with the Trek brand with all the opportunities to buy different brands of bikes understand that when you buy an electric bike service becomes even that much more important parts become that much more important I’m a Trek lifer. We’re gonna get my wife a bike. We’re not even looking anywhere else.
