The customer service experience is unmatched at the Fairfield location. They are so welcoming and completely devoid of pretentious vibes that can sometimes linger in biking communities. Very inclusive, and so helpful with bike repair and overall service. It's just a great experience to shop there, and the staff in particular are laid back, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping their customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping here for all your cycling needs as well as taking advantage of their bicycle repair/restoration services. 10/10
