I absolutely love this store. I love the service, and the employees are super friendly and wonderful. I still consider myself a new biker so I ask lots of questions and the staff doesn't make me feel like I'm asking dumb questions. Kudos to be Eric and his colleagues for making me feel like a valued customer.

Son bike had a break issue. Im not bike savy so i thought it was completely broken. Nope. Took it to liz and trek and she fixed me up in 3 minutes with no charge. Thank you so much liz for your help and generosity. Definitly recomend these guys and gals for any bike service

I absolutely adore this place! The staff is incredible and so knowledgeable. They treat your bike like it’s their own prized possession. Eric and Liz are absolute rockstars—truly the gems of this establishment! It’s an amazing experience all around!

Customer service was excellent! Great inventory to choose from. They answered every question I had, plus more. The bikes are alittle on the expensive side but they will last forever ( if taken care of) I purchased two bikes and I love them. Thank you Waldorf store (Trek) for being so helpful I would definitely refer everyone to your store!
