I had my 2nd opinion with Dr. Otterberg today regarding my knee. He was very informative, and confident when explaining my situation in detail. I met him for the first time today, and he made me feel comfortable. I was impressed. Next step waiting on the scheduling dept. Good job !

Excellent staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr Otterberg in knowledgeable, kind, and just an all around good man. I would recommend him to anyone who would need consultation for knee pain and surgery

Dr. Otterberg is very kind and compassionate. Easy to talk to. I've gone to this clinic for years. All the doctors all are fabulous here. if you have any needs for neurologist or orthopedist this is your place. Multiple locations.

MD WEST ONE is the only place I will go when it comes to my knees. Dr. Otterberg and I go way back. He helped me with my left knee until I had a total replacement . It’s been going great with no problems since 2010, now my right knee is needing a little relief until I can schedule a total replacement. I will only have it done by Dr. Otterberg. He’s so personable and knows me as I’m sure he does he other patients.

12/17/24. Dr OTTERBERG is an excellent surgeon! Zero issues with both total knees about 6 years apart. Healed up great with no issues. Activity is active and strong again. Highly recommend! Thx you! Professional, caring, timely. Dr OTTERBERG is amazing surgeon, and doctor. Very easy to have discussion with would recommend everyone who needs help with their knees . His staff is very helpful as well, especially with communication via online.

Dr. Otterberg did an excellent job on my knee replacement! I also appreciated his honesty when it came to “what to expect” and his sense of humor was very refreshing as well! Staff very friendly and nice , which made the whole experience a great one.

Check in was easy, saw Dr. Otterberg at scheduled time. Dr. Otterberg answered my question and advise was to the point and was out on 15 minutes. Great service.

Every staff member was very professional and knowledgeable. But facility was very clean and organized. Dr. Otterberg was awesome with my concern about my knee pain and swelling of the left leg and I felt very comfortable with him and the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend this doctor and this facility to anyone that needs a total knee replacement. He has ordered a Doppler study of my left leg to see if there’s a blood clot and depending on that result, I contact my Primary care doctor and let her know what’s going on and go from there.

1st visit. Dr Otterberg was personable, shook my hand & looked at me while speaking. He was concise about the surgery and post op recovery. I reserved " 10" for outcome. 10/16/24.. Out come was great. Dr. Otto did x-rays &, I did PT. He is so nice.

While I don't enjoy going to the Dr, this place takes the pain out of the experience. Friendly staff, short wait time and beautiful facilities. Dr Erik Otterberg is the best! He listens, cares and keeps my knee is great shape!

MD West One- Fountain Ridge is very welcoming as soon as you open the door. I've known Dr Otterberg for many years, I get excellent care. I would not go anywhere else.

It was a very positive experience from the time I checked in until I was seen by the doctor! I have been struggling with hip pain for several years now. I don’t believe anyone really took the time to assess and get to the root of the problem before. Dr Otterberg, his assistant Hailey and the rest of the staff really listened to what I had to say. I didn’t feel hurried or disregarded. They described a plan of action we would take and didn’t just say let’s give you a cortisone shot and some PT. It’s really nice to have a doctor take time and truly care.

Everyone is kind, considerate, friendly but still professional!! Love all of the Dr’s I have seen there. They’re the best. Drs. Otterberg & Rosipal. Also Dr Rosipal’s PA - Scott!!!!!
