Dr. Otterberg and all of the staff were very thorough and kind in providing care. Highly recommend MD West ONE!

With the exception of the patient registrar I would rate the visit a 10. Dr Otterberg was cordial and professional, as usual and I was in and out in an efficient amount of time. I had to greet the registrar who did not even look up at me and was very robotic in her manner as if she were too busy to bother with me. I would rate her a 3 and that's generous. I was a registrar before I retired and I would never treat a patient as she did.

Dr Otterberg and his nurse Jill are the BEST that I have encountered in a long time ! I love that Dr Otterberg focuses on the actual healing and what’s best for the patient, and that he takes time to explains things, and most importantly he doesn’t make you feel like you’re another number ! GREAT JOB !!

I saw Dr. Eric Otterberg because of pain in my right hip. Dr. Otterberg replaced my left hip 8 years ago and I have never had any problems since. Today, he analyzed x-rays, and reported just mild inflammation on right hip. Dr. Otterberg is outstanding!! Thanks for your expertise!! dls

I have been pleased with my experience since day 1. The doctor and the staff are phenomenal. Helpful, pleasant and happy is how best to describe Dr. Otterberg and his crew. I don’t have to wait for my appointment. They are waiting for me, and I get there early!

Everyone I came in contact with at MD One West was top notch! I saw Dr. Otterberg for a cortisone injection in my knee prior and to a trip to Italy. He and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Smiles all around. I also experienced a very brief wait time! I cannot say enough positive things about each of my experiences at MD One West!

Dr Otterberg is one of the best and comes highly recommended. I’ve been so happy with the outcome of my knee replacement and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of the procedure .

Everyone was pleasant. Dr. Otterberg & his assistant ask me questions & answered all mine. I felt well cared for. I have already recommended him.

The staff that helped were very polite and professional from the front desk to the back office. Dr. Otterberg was exceptional doctor I wish all my doctors were like him. Dr Otterberg answered all my questions explain the process of my surgery (Total Knee Replacement) I was very pleased he was patient and made sure I ready and comfortable to proceed with surgery. He is fantastic!!

I was welcomed & taken care of quickly. Dr Otterberg is great. Extra shout out to the gentleman who took me to my room- he was so nice ( I don’t know his name). He made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Otterberg is always upbeat and full of helpful suggestions. The cortisone shots every three months have helped the knee pain immensely. The Farnum staff are very friendly. Thanks.
