I have been using this group of specialists for about 4 yrs. I always have a very good experience during every visit. The check in staff is pleasant and efficient. The online check in is convenient and saves me time. My doctors are the best. Thanks, Dr's Tiedeman and Otterberg.

I go to the Lakeside office and have had positive experiences calling to make an appointment, cancel and reschedule when the weather is bad. I also have had great experiences with the nursing staff, xray techs, P.A's and Dr Otterberg and Dr Inda. The physicians as well as medical staff care about my wellbeing and my progress healing.

Dr. Erik Otterberg is outstanding in describing the healing process post hip surgery. He answered all my questions and concerns at the four week post surgery consultation. My wife and I really appreciate the detail and attention he gives to the entire process

I am preparing for a hip replacement and MD West ONE has made me feel at ease from the front desk to the consultation with the doctor and his staff. Doctor Erik Otterberg is professional and down to earth and easy to talk to. My wife and I feel comfortable with my decision to use MD West One as my medical facilitator for my hip surgery.

Very pleased with how Dr Otterberg and his PA helped me with my knee pain. I received a cortisone shot. My hip pain was not my hip but soft tissue. I was referred to get dry needling to help. I am very hopeful.

Had a knee replacement by Dr. Otterberg about 7 months ago, and could not ask for better care. He clearly laid out all my options, walked me through the procedure and recovery process, and answered all my questions. I'm much better off than I was before the surgery. Great staff as well.

Everyone @ MD WEST ONE has been wonderful to work with. The front desk staff, Jill, Susie, Stephanie and Dr Otterberg. Dr Otterberg came highly recommended by my primary care Dr who used him for his own knee surgery. My first hip replacement is done and my second is already scheduled. I really can't say enough good things about them.

Dr Otterberg and his staff did a wonderful job helping me with my knee. I had previously went to another doctor and felt from the beginning I should get a second opinion. I am glad Dr Otterberg gave me his opinion and treatment.

Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and professional. Starting with the front desk to the PA to Dr. Otterberg. Everyone was welcoming and lighthearted, making the visit enjoyable despite being at the doctor. They know their business and engender trust that they’ll be able to help me with my problem.

I have been seeing Dr. Otterberg at MD West One for about six years now. He has done two knee replacements and one hip replacement on me and I am thrilled to say that all three have been very successful. I enjoy his personable approach as well as his professionalism with his skills. When people have asked me who did my surgery I always have high praise for Dr. Otterberg. I also have high praises for the staff, from the receptionist to the nurses to the x-ray staff. This is a great team of professionals.
