Our keys on our e-bikes would not work (to get battery out). After several phone calls to several dealers, Trek Corp., etc. I was losing patience as this should not be that difficult to figure out! Danny was so patient with me even though I was a bit grumpy. Finally took them in- Danny figured it out

Beyond just offering high quality bikes, the Trek Katy shop is run by good folks who love bikes and have a passion for riding.
If you're in the Houston or Katy area and you stop by the shop, you can expect some darn good hospitality. Brian (store manager), Vincente, David, Danny, Roberto, and Anthony are top guys
