Everytime I have a situation, I call Rob & Matt up or go into the store and it's handled promptly and with excellence. I absolutely adore those guys. They almost make me want to work there. Trek, nice touch with the finishing tape (if that's what it's called) with the trek stamp.

They were very helpful to me. My bike seat clamp broke while I was packing for the beach. They found me a replacement and installed it for me along with a mirror so I could keep an eye on my child riding behind me. Wonderful, helpful and kind!

George was amazing! I previously bought from TREK many years ago. I wanted to buy the same bike because it was comfortable. George found a discounted bike similar to my old one and outfitted it with a water bottle, odometer, and kickstand in minutes. I was able to leave the Lancaster store with my new bike and ride that day. George accepted my old bike to donate to CommonWheel. That made it really simple to pass this bike that was so good onto someone else else.

Trek Bike Shop is second to none. Although I don’t even own a Trek bike yet, they’re by far my favorite shop. I ride a downhill and a trail bike, and they handle all my repairs and maintenance. They price-match online prices and never push unnecessary repairs. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been fantastic—they’re knowledgeable, passionate, and always eager to help. I’m pretty tough on my bikes with the kind of riding I do, but they’ve made on-the-spot repairs or gotten parts for next-day turnaround, so I’m always back on the trails quickly. I can’t speak highly enough about my experiences with them. Oh, and I finally do own a Trek! My wife just got her first Cruiser e-bike, and we’re both really excited. Huge thanks to the Trek staff for all their excellent service and support!
