Trek Bike Shop is second to none. Although I don’t even own a Trek bike yet, they’re by far my favorite shop. I ride a downhill and a trail bike, and they handle all my repairs and maintenance. They price-match online prices and never push unnecessary repairs. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been fantastic—they’re knowledgeable, passionate, and always eager to help. I’m pretty tough on my bikes with the kind of riding I do, but they’ve made on-the-spot repairs or gotten parts for next-day turnaround, so I’m always back on the trails quickly. I can’t speak highly enough about my experiences with them. Oh, and I finally do own a Trek! My wife just got her first Cruiser e-bike, and we’re both really excited. Huge thanks to the Trek staff for all their excellent service and support!

I accidentally ran over my daughter's bike with a Jeep, damaging it in several areas. I tried to fix it but found it too difficult, so I told my daughter, "Just ask Mommy to bring it in for repair." They brought the bike in with bent handlebars, a scratched seat, and a severely worn handlebar grip. Your staff truly stepped up with an unforgettable and legendary service moment by replacing my daughter's bike at no cost. They asked her, "Hey, what do you think of this bike?" She replied, "I love it," and the rest is history. Thank you for one of the most remarkable and unforgettable customer service experiences.

Went in early to see if an order was ready to pick up. Unfortunately it wasn’t and on my part didn’t read the email entirely seeing that they’d reach out. (When ordered it said it was available in store but the system didn’t update by the time I ordered). I wish I would have gotten their names but two gentlemen helped us out. One had an idea about seeing if a helmet that would be a size up (for my child) would fit properly. It did! So from what I ordered to what he was thinking actually extended the life of the helmet without having to replace it as soon due to size. The Second Gentleman then managed to replace what I ordered with the suggested helmet without any problem. So even though what I ordered wasn’t in yet, I left even happier knowing that these guys cared enough to help us AND hold in mind the safety of my child. Customer for life due to these two.
