Shopped at multiple stores for a new bike, unfortunately Treck Lancaster did not have the model I wanted however They were clearly the shop I wanted to do business with , from the moment I walked in the store , the staff was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and they listened to what I wanted. I have bought many of my everyday accessories from them and will be my primary shop to deal with.

I went to the Lancaster Trek store on a Sunday afternoon to purchase a bike. The store didn't have my size in stock, so they made calls to the other Trek stores to find one in my size. The other store shipped the bike and it was ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon. Thank you for the quick turnaround and excellent service.
