For a very special anniversary in May 2025, the Canadian hotel recommended this service for hotel room decoration. I contacted them several months in advance and worked with a representative to create a package to my specific requests. They assured me my package would arrive in time, which it did. As you can imagine, this was particularly critical because this special anniversary wouldn't be repeatable. The hotel staff set up the package and it was beautiful. My spouse was surprised and absolutely delighted. The attached photo is a small sample because the decorations were throughout the room. The cost of the package was a particularly good value because I live in another country and decorating the room wouldn't have otherwise been possible. Generally speaking or if any of your circumstances are similar, I highly recommend this vendor for its product, value, customer service and communication throughout the entire experience. Not a single complaint or criticism regarding any aspect. Just a thoroughly pleased and satisfied customer reporting.

Was very easy to book and everything bc went smooth, decorated on time. I ordered the birthday package with some add-ons but when we got the, “happy birthday” wasn’t on the bed. Not a huge deal, was still special, but it did cost extra. Everything else was perfect! All in all, I would definitely order again!
