Was very easy to book and everything bc went smooth, decorated on time. I ordered the birthday package with some add-ons but when we got the, “happy birthday” wasn’t on the bed. Not a huge deal, was still special, but it did cost extra. Everything else was perfect! All in all, I would definitely order again!

Confirmed. Double checked! Verified! That they can decorate the room. I get a text saying that after multiple attempts to contact me (can't find those) they wanted to let me know that that they can't do it and will refund the decorating fee. This was day of, (bad) in the window of decorating (ok). Oh great thanks I get a package of stuff left for me at the hotel which I could have just ordered to my house and brought. This doesn't make sense as the hotel has said that it's their policy. Soooooo how did this get "confirmed" with the hotel? Lemme see those receipts. Maybe this works with some hotels but it's a huge let down if they confirm when it's not confirmed.

I planned a birthday surprise for my boyfriend at our hotel.The package for decorating arrived too late to decorate the room before our arrival. Uberoom contacted me about the late shipment, but it was too late to get my money back on the decorations. They did refund me the decorating fee. It was a disappointing experience!
