I loved the whole communication of uberoom through email and phone calls it was excellent. The only thing was my balloons were not set up which was ok. The room was so nice after dark the you see the the beautiful affects.

Uberoom was AMAZING at helping me surprise my husband for our anniversary! I hired them to decorate our hotel room in Las Vegas; they worked with the hotel, and guided me to everything I needed to do. They were very flexible; our flight changed and we were set to land in Las Vegas at the time the decorator was to be decorating our room. The decorator, Dana, and company were very easy to work with on this, taking a very stressful moment and turning it into a breeze. THANK YOU!!!

On April 12,2022 my husband and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary in Waikiki, Hawaii. I thought about what I could do to surprise him when we got to our hotel room. So luckily for me while searching the Web for ideas I came across Uberoom I was very excited that there is a company that can do what they do in any of the 50 states in the US and Canada. I chose a decoration package of red roses, candles, chocolates, champagne, romantic body lotions and silk roses to decorate the bed, floor and the bathroom and it was shipped to the hotel and decorated by the Concierge of the hotel. Thank you Uberoom for making our day so much more special and romantic. Thank you also for being on top of my through phone calls and email, your professionalism was outstanding. I will definitely be using your services again.

Uberoom and Mariah, my decorator, did an amazing job decorating my hotel room in NYC for the proposal to my fiancé. I was nervous about making the proposal work out well and Mariah was the absolute best and I could not have asked for better communication. Mariah and I spoke multiple times leading up to the night and she gave me amazing ideas. She created a beautifully decorated room and my fiancé could not believe how it came out. She was very attentive to detail and made the experience easy and seamless for me. She went above and beyond! Highly recommend her and the Uberoom team!

I was skeptical at first paying that much and not knowing what to expect. Especially half way across the country and not being able to see it first. But strap in cause this was a experience I won’t forget.
I first hired Uberoom because I was getting married in Vegas. I ordered the romantic package with extra rose petals and candles with champagne. I was so nervous not knowing what I’d walk into. But I took a chance and I’m glad I did.
Our decorations came quick I think it was all delivered to our decorator within a week.
To our new favorite person, joe Rey absolutely killed it. The way he placed each petal of roses strategically to spell our initials and a heart on the bed and a beautiful entry way of roses and candles was absolutely spot on. He was kind enough to ask details about what the occasion was and sent updates the entire time. He was prompt and thoughtful with every step. If I could rate my experience id give it a 10/10 for our special day. It was a bit pricey but honestly for the look on my wife’s Face I would pay double to see it again.
Thank you so much to everyone at Uberoom and a big thank you to joe Rey in las Vegas as well as the artisan hotel for everything you did to make our wedding trip spectacular.

These guys did an absolutely amazing job of decorating the room for our 10th wedding anniversary. They were super easy to work with and went above and beyond to make it happen since our hotel (Flamingo Las Vegas) would not work with us or help in any way. I'll deal with that situation in a separate review, but as far as Uberoom goes they are the best and I highly recommend them.

Overall a very good experience, I was very happy with how the room looked, the awesome communication each step, etc. I would have given 5 stars, however, I would definitely not recommend doing the chocolate covered strawberries (they came from sharrys berrys) and it was very dissapointing (not to mention expensive) as all of our strawberries were already moldy upon arrival. Otherwise, Uberoom did a great job, and I was very satisfied with all of the other aspects of it!
