They were accommodating to my schedule, invited me on the group rides, were excited to give me local beta, and able to reccomend other bike resources in the area when I needed something they didn’t carry. Knowing that Trek provides this level of care in their services has made me a believer in what I originally thought was a corporate-vibe big business. Returning to the states I went to my local Trek because of the outstanding experiences I had in Melbourne, and received similar care for other needs (a new helmet)!
What could be a simple exchange was instead a community experience and strengthens my love for biking. Plus, I was able to go on some awesome adventures with their help!
