Quality and great customer service still prevail since the bygone era of the OG Cycles Galleria. Will Trek (pun intended) all the way to the QV store to receive top tier service. Satellite stores like Ringwood/Eastland and Knox don't acknowledge me whenever I visit.

The staff here are FANTASTIC. Uber polite and respectful, don't make you feel stupid when you ask stupid questions, they offer great advice on all things bikes. They are unbelievably accommodating when it comes to servicing and repairs. I cannot recommend Nathan, Joe and team highly enough.
