The empathy and compassion I received from the team here after I got hit by a car with my bike in the rain made my week and restored my faith in humanity a bit. They fixed what was wrong with my bike and did a safety check of the bike at no cost to me. Truly incredible service and completely unexpected.
Their care contributed massively to my ability to get home safely and with minimal stress on top of what was a shocking start to the day.

He was super knowledgeable and really patient with all my questions, which made me feel comfortable. The shop has a friendly vibe, and the staff truly cares about helping you find what you need. Trek Bicycle shops are great, but this was the first time I visited Melbourne QV. The service was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and the staff were fantastic. They did a great job, and I was really surprised how quickly they did it. Nothing was too much trouble, and that’s why I really like this company. In future, I’ll be coming here all of the time. This shop is highly recommended – you cannot go wrong!

Even though they were busy, they kindly took my bike in, sorted the problem and contacted me after lunch for a pick up.

Nathan was really attentive and recommended excellent products. He listened to our requirements and recommended products accordingly. He explained the difference between products and why he recommended certain above other as per our requirements. He was not pushy and stepped away to allow us to discuss it and make up our own minds. We also liked that the shop opened at 9AM. Highly recommend QV and its staff.
