I recently visited the Trek Bicycle QV shop, and it was a great experience! The customer service was amazing, especially from Nathan. He was super knowledgeable and really patient with all my questions, which made me feel comfortable. The shop has a friendly vibe, and the staff truly cares about helping you find what you need. If you are new to riding, I highly recommend going to this shop! I can’t wait to join the upcoming coffee ride!

Trek Bicycle shops are great, but this was the first time I visited Melbourne QV. The service was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and the staff were fantastic. They did a great job, and I was really surprised how quickly they did it. Nothing was too much trouble, and that’s why I really like this company. In future, I’ll be coming here all of the time. This shop is highly recommended – you cannot go wrong!

Nathan was really attentive and recommended excellent products. He listened to our requirements and recommended products accordingly. He explained the difference between products and why he recommended certain above other as per our requirements. He was not pushy and stepped away to allow us to discuss it and make up our own minds. We also liked that the shop opened at 9AM. Highly recommend QV and its staff.

Cycles Galleria QV have taken care of me since 2020 when I bought my Trek Remedy, Bontrager shoes & 100% sunnies. 4 years on & 2 days back, they took care of me again when I purchased my new Trek Roscoe 8, New floor pump finally & a cool selection of Rapha threads all @ a pretty damn competitive price. I’m sure I annoyed them with 100 questions about each product but they were super chill & professional throughout the whole experience. 5 stars, A & full marks all around from me. Quality and great customer service still prevail since the bygone era of the OG Cycles Galleria. Will Trek (pun intended) all the way to the QV store to receive top tier service. Satellite stores like Ringwood/Eastland and Knox don't acknowledge me whenever I visit.
