I did interact with Shameen from the store. She was very helpful from the moment I called up to say that I will be coming over to discuss buying Trek Checkpoint ALR5. She immediately checked stock and was happy to give me a better pricing than what was mentioned on site, which was already on sale. And the plan was to get the right size as it was my first Trek buy. The decision to buy Checkpoint was kinda decided even before, which made my buy a little easier. When I visited the store, she got me on the trainer to get the size right, and pretty much, she was happy to answer all the questions I had. Overall, she made the buying experience a one to remember. I would definitely recommend.
