Trek Bicycle shops are great, but this was the first time I visited Melbourne QV. The service was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and the staff were fantastic. They did a great job, and I was really surprised how quickly they did it. Nothing was too much trouble, and that’s why I really like this company. In future, I’ll be coming here all of the time. This shop is highly recommended – you cannot go wrong!

I was on the doorstep when Trek opened, for an urgent job. No rear brakes.
Even though they were busy, they kindly took my bike in, sorted the problem and contacted me after lunch for a pick up.
Pleasant staff and, whilst this was my first visit for workshop, although I had shopped there a couple of times, I will go back for sure. Thank you guys.

Nathan was really attentive and recommended excellent products. He listened to our requirements and recommended products accordingly. He explained the difference between products and why he recommended certain above other as per our requirements. He was not pushy and stepped away to allow us to discuss it and make up our own minds. We also liked that the shop opened at 9AM. Highly recommend QV and its staff.

Quality and great customer service still prevail since the bygone era of the OG Cycles Galleria. Will Trek (pun intended) all the way to the QV store to receive top tier service. Satellite stores like Ringwood/Eastland and Knox don't acknowledge me whenever I visit.

The staff here are FANTASTIC. Uber polite and respectful, don't make you feel stupid when you ask stupid questions, they offer great advice on all things bikes. They are unbelievably accommodating when it comes to servicing and repairs. I cannot recommend Nathan, Joe and team highly enough.

Harry was the most helpful employee I have met in my life, he is only 16 but so knowledgeable already and very patient. I had lots of issues with my bike and he was able to explain everything in a very clear meaningful way. He truly deserves a pay rise!
