Cycles Galleria QV have taken care of me since 2020 when I bought my Trek Remedy, Bontrager shoes & 100% sunnies. 4 years on & 2 days back, they took care of me again when I purchased my new Trek Roscoe 8, New floor pump finally & a cool selection of Rapha threads all @ a pretty damn competitive price. I’m sure I annoyed them with 100 questions about each product but they were super chill & professional throughout the whole experience. 5 stars, A & full marks all around from me. You all deserve it & hope you have a great 2025

Quality and great customer service still prevail since the bygone era of the OG Cycles Galleria. Will Trek (pun intended) all the way to the QV store to receive top tier service. Satellite stores like Ringwood/Eastland and Knox don't acknowledge me whenever I visit.

The staff here are FANTASTIC. Uber polite and respectful, don't make you feel stupid when you ask stupid questions, they offer great advice on all things bikes. They are unbelievably accommodating when it comes to servicing and repairs. I cannot recommend Nathan, Joe and team highly enough.
