Bethel Assisted Living is WONDERFUL. The owner, Ms Jacki, is a nurse who is very knowledgeable about geriatric care. She’s very hands on, organized & caring. She’s also very good with creatively finding solutions when the residents are stressed or upset. Her staff are truly caring as well. My mom has been here for 4 years, she’s happy, she’s clean, her hair, nails & skin are well kept & she’s well taken care of. She feels truly loved. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

The care and the attention the staff and Ms. Jacqueline Moki gave to my Aunt Lu for the five years she was there is highly appreciated. I'm really grateful and thankful for all that they did for her. They loved her and I know that she is missed. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who would like to receive great service. Bethel Assisted Living Homes I, II & III truly does care with compassion.

Jacqui Moki and her staff at Bethel III provided a loving home for the last 5 years of my Aunt's 105-year life. She was very happy there and exceptionally well cared for. The home is always clean and the attendants are happy and friendly. They are very interactive and caring. I was always uplifted from my visits to my Aunt when she was there. Jacqui and her team were always attentive to her personal needs, making sure that her appearance was to her liking. Her attire was consistently on point and coordinated, and the medical attention from the visiting physician was timely and effective. I will miss my visits to Bethel III almost as much as I miss my Aunt. Her stay there was a blessing from God to her and our family.

If I could give this facility 100 stars I would! My mother was a resident back in 2009 until she passed in 2020. This facility delivers what it advertises. They prepared tasty home cooked meals daily. Each time I visited my mother she was always clean and well groomed. The residents every week got their hair washed and nails done. I was very happy that my mother was there because she was very well cared for which set my mind at ease, because I still was still working. Last but not least, the facility was also kept very clean and no offensive smells. The Administrater, Jackie Moki and her staff really show that they care for their residents.

Hello. My sister Stephanie has been a resident of Bethel II since 2017. I wrote an earlier review and I'm back to reinforce my gratitude for Bethel Administrator Jacqueline Moki and her dedicated staff for their compassion towards the individuals they serve. Stephanie, age 55 is the youngest resident at Bethel II. As her guardian, I opted for Bethel so she would still feel like she was in a home environment and not in a facility. Absolute best decision!!! She's loved and very comfortable and that brings me peace of mind. Thank you!!!

This place is awesome! My mom has dementia and now cancer. We have been going to Bethel for respite for two years. Mom has been cared for while we traveled both internationally and domestically. Ms. Jackie is great! She is caring and very communicative. It's so hard to leave your loved one but Ms. Jackie makes you feel comfortable. She has video called when my mom wanted to talk to me. She even calls and checks on my mom in between respite visits. My family is grateful to have Mrs. Jackie and this service. It's is important to be able to take a break for caregiving. We all need support. Thank you Mrs. Jackie for all you do for the families you support. We appreciate you!!

Bethel Assisted Living has been a Blessing for our Family. They take care of your family members with love, care and compassion. Jackie is amazing! Though I was unable to physically see my Aunt during COVID, she made sure that I was able to communicate with her via FaceTime. I would definitely recommend Bethel!

Bethel Assisted Living has been a true blessing for my Aunt who has been part of their assistant living family for a few years. To know the staff is to love them and my mother and I truly appreciate the care and family environment we feel every time we come to visit. We know that on an 24/7 basis, our family member is getting consistent care and attention. To know that my Aunt Darlene is getting excellent care from Bethel Assistant Living provides a level of peace and comfort to my mom and my Aunt's family and friends. Bless you Jackie and staff!!!!

It is with great pleasure that the Darlene McDonald family has a chance to express how we feel about the care that my sister has been receiving from the staff at Bethel Assistant Living over the last few years. Our family didn't realize at the time how lucky we were. Even through Covid, Bethel Assisted Living, along with the State of Maryland and Prince Georges County had put in place measures to protect everyone and to date there has not been one member to contract the virus. Darlene's family wishes to express how grateful we are for Bethel during these difficult times and our gratitude to the staff for the outstanding care our family member has received.

"Bethel Assisted Living Homes was a very nice facility as well. This place only accepted two residents, and they shared a room. It was in a very nice size and a very nice room. The food and the dining facility were excellent. They had about four family members, and these people took excellent care of my mother as well. They just looked a little costly than that place that she was now. They had little activities, like exercise and physical therapy. They were active with her and pushed my mother to walk and do things rather than just her sitting around doing nothing."

"Their service is excellent. My mother has dementia, so they have the in-house doctor and the physical therapist, and they provide all of her meals. She can't walk now, so as far as dressing her and bathing her, they do all of that because she basically cannot do anything on her own. They take really good care of her, and since it is a small facility, they can give her the one-on-one care that she needs. They do little activities like coloring and little artwork and stuff like that. The rooms are kept very clean, and they are very colorful. Bethel Assisted Living Homes 1 is just a very nice clean place to live"

"When I toured this facility my first reaction was "OMG", everything is immaculate! I did not have to second guess as to where I wanted to place my mother. She is very happy there and it is a home-like setting. They also cook her great meals and snacks!! When I come to visit her it's like I am visiting a relative they are very warm and inviting. They make you feel at home like you are part of the family. I can't say enough about this place. When my mother arrived from rehab she could barely walk. In less than a week the caregivers had my mother walking!! They have activities and my mother loves to watch all the fun movies they have. They really give my mother the one on one care that I was searching for. The caregivers treat my mother like she is part of their family. She is always clean and happy every time I visit, which is very often. Bethel Assisted Living Homes 1 is how you wish all assisted Living and nursing homes could be. I stumbled up on this gem of a home nestled in Glenn Dale, Md. If anyone is looking for a place to put their loved one this is the place to be!! Lastly but not least I would live there if I could!!"
