The service guy, Joe (I think) was wonderful. He took such good care of my son’s bike and treated it as if it was an expensive bike! I also think he realized my son has special needs and was very kind to him while showing him how to oil his chain. Afterwards, we couldn’t get the bike in my car and another fellow (didn’t catch his name) came out and helped us, with kindness and patience. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service these two guys showed us and appreciate it more than I can say. That’s not always the case when my son and I show up at places!

Amazing!! I own an older road bike that was an expensive bike 20 years ago. I have been riding it faithfully and doing moderate maintenance. I brought it to Trek Bikes in Newark, Delaware to get new shifter cables. The tech told me that the problem was my chain was stretched and my gears were worn from 20 years of use. I thought I was getting scammed! He recommended I get the middle maintenance package that they offer for 250$. It’s like I have a BRAND NEW BIKE! I have new gears, new chain, the shifter is tuned perfectly. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much!
