Writing this review to shoutout Mike! He helped me get a bike shipped in from another store which was a couple week process. Once the bike arrived, he called me up to come to the store and make sure everything was good to go.
He was extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the questions that I had. He made this experience amazing and seamless. While chatting with him, it was clear he was a very passionate guy about biking and making sure people got the help they needed when making a big purchase.
I absolutely recommend this shop even if you just pop in to say hi to Mike. One of the nicest and coolest people you’ll ever come across.

I’m sure the other Trek locations in NOVA are helpful but the staff in Clarendon are super welcoming and quick to helping a cyclist in need. I brought my trail bike in after a tour of Italy and the store manager Kevin helped treat every one of her airline wounds. He’s a true master of his craft and I highly recommend you trust in him and his team to get you riding again at a reasonable price!

Amazing service department; these guys are awesome. They replaced my brakes pads in 90 minutes before closing time so I could make it for a bike trip the next day.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. It's nice to be welcomed when you enter the bike shop door. You feel like you're part of something important. I've always liked the Clarendon location. It's where I do most of my bike-related business. High marks for the staff, the store, and Trek.

Fantastic! I dropped in late on a Friday with a slipping chain on my commuter everything bike and you had me back on the road in a flash with a repaired chain at a very reasonable cost. And you gave me some great advice for keeping me running all weather all seasons. AND you made me feel good about my 14 year old bike which I was starting to sour on. I really appreciate it.
