Excellent Service and very reasonable.

Mo and his team did a great job replacing my brakes and rotors. Competitively priced and done in good time! There was a delay getting the correct rear pads for my car and Mo was very transparent about the issue and got my car back on the road so I could drive it home and come back the next day to finish the job. I highly recommend them!

10/10. Came in today to get a quote for an exhaust leak and was so impressed with the service here. After being given multiple dodgy quotes and very vague descriptions of the work required to fix, Pit Stop were able to give a me clear and honest quote, and I was very impressed with their communication throughout the job. Shop is very busy but the team all seem to work very smoothly and efficiently together, and to a high standard. Good energy here, fair pricing as well. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Pitstop Botany. My car had failed the WOF and I went to a couple of car repairs to get a quote. Some places mucked me around for a few hours and not even touched my car even though I had a booking, one tried to charge me $250 just for a quote (which would be waivered if I decided to get my repair with them), one place even wanted to keep my car there for 2 days and do an entirely full inspection on it despite me having the WOF papers to show the faults. I went into Pitstop and I was seen straight away at the allocated time that I booked. It took about 45 minutes for them to give me a quote and look at the issues listed on my WOF sheet. They even found a serious issue with loose bolts and fixed it instantly which sorted out a few of the faults listed. I booked for the major fix a few days later - dropped my car off at 8am and was told an estimated time of 5pm to pick up and guess what? It was done at 5. During the whole process, the staff explained everything and their rationale on what and why they did what we agreed on. There was very clear communication. They even took my car back to get a fresh new WOF after the repairs so I didn't have to worry about sorting that out on another day. Very professional and polite. I definitely will be coming back for future services.

Mohammed is a brilliant mechanic, honest and knowledgeable and always in top of his game. He is efficient, no unnecessary or premature repairs like some other shops I tried, and he always puts customer's interest first. The prices are reasonable and I find the services to be solid and reliable during the past few years with his shop.

Getting the job done in a reasonable time frame and having a print out of what was needed professionally done I will return thank you

Pit Stop Botany are excellent, I'm very grateful for the service they provided and the speed in which it was done, they were super helpful. Our Honda fit engine light came on and car was juttering, they were able to figure out the problem and solve it for us, also did the rear brake pads and even took it through vtnz to get the wof re-done, I'm very grateful, thanks!

Quality service that goes that extra mile. Right from first contact over the phone, to dropping my car for repairs to collection. I had excellent communication from all members of the team. They did an extra check for me without any issues or charges. The price for the work was as advised and almost 1/3 of that quoted at my original workshop. I also appreciated that the workshop was tidy. All round very happy and would recommend to others.

I am very pleased to share with the reader how fantastic Mo and his team were to me and my vehicle. They found problems and from previous visits Mo was informing me about the problems and costs as the job progressed. I had a deadline to meet with my vehicle as we had an important trip to make so Mo and his team worked so well to get us on our way. Mo is the kind of operator who goes out of his way to help you out, he really is amazing. We had to get some work outside his shop for my warrant of fitness as well as the work he did for us and he helped out and found someone for us. It was such a help for us having having him do this on our behalf. We thank you very much for this. All in all I highly recommended Mo and his team. Dont wait give Mo a ring.
