Went in for a cleaning was very satisfied with my care. The assistant Santos was fun to talk to and explained the process very well. My doctor was very helpful, and Nick helped me understand the process of getting my wisdom teeth out and was helpful finding an appointment time that worked with my busy schedule.

My tooth had been throbbing and I had been unable to close my mouth without a sharp pain shooting through my jaw. After waiting 4 hours at Unity Care, I was told they aren’t seeing anymore patients and to come back tomorrow. My wife called Platinum Dental Group and they got me in within the hour to diagnose the problem and ease the pain with an appointment to conduct surgery the following day.
Excellent staff all around.
Santos and Dr Sardar Alkaradaghi diagnosed the problem and worked with me to come up with a realistic action plan.
Katie and Nick assisted with questions and billing. Both were knowledgeable and transparent.
Devin and Dr Kalhan handled the extraction and both prioritized my comfort the entire way through. I even got a blanket.

I’ve been working with Dr Sardar to help relieve my TMD and she is incredibly kind and explains every step so I understand what we’re doing and why it works. I'm lucky to be treated by Dr Haidar and Dr Tamara...words are not enough to describe how amazing they are ... competent, professional and friendly, they become part of family. I m the one who get scared from the dentist..Dr Haidar and Dr Tamara were very patient with me, they tried to make me feel confortable .
Before starting they take their time to explain the details of the procedures and I did extraction...bone graft...implant with no fear and No PAIN, it is just unbelievable....
Also the staff is super nice and helpful.
I highly recommend Platinium Dental if you are looking for very high quality of services.

I just went in for my dental appointment as a new patient. The process was smooth and quick from the start when I spoke with the receptionist, Nick. Fast forward to the appointment, my hygienist, Santos, was a joy to work with. She was kind and explained the processes for all the scans on my teeth. I was seen by Dr. Sardar, who was also incredibly kind. My teeth were cleaned and I think this is the first time I had a dentist go over a full dental plan for me and explain what we were seeing in the pictures. They let me know what procedures were recommended and/or optional, and what my insurance would cover. I had a lot of say in my plan. Also, my follow up appointment will be soon for my fillings, so I am super excited that I don’t have to wait long. Thanks, team! Keep up the work.

This by far is the BEST dentist I have ever gone to. I will drive across the country just to have my dental work done here. Not only is the staff amazing, but the dentist is kind, caring, thorough, and honest. He goes out of his way to treat you like family and makes sure that you are 100% satisfied.
