I can't tell you the volume and goodness of free and vital service I've seen from the staff here, especially the repair staff. What can be done quickly is done without delay, question, or often even a charge. The service staff, especially the repair staff, truly enjoy getting problems solved, serving cyclists, and seeing us all get back out there rolling. I love bike shops, and especially love this one.

This is my first time purchasing a trek bike and any sort of high quality bike at that, & when 1 arrived at my local Trek bike store was looking at the bike and I discovered that some of the parts installed were not original from my purchased bike online. The employee was understanding of my situation and he even shared with me that manufacturer's can exchange parts at anytime. But the store made it right by replacing some items on the bike. I will be going back.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable team who made me feel welcomed and confident in their ability to handle my bike.The turnaround time was faster than I expected, and when I picked up my bike, it was in perfect condition—shifting was smooth, and the brakes were spot on. They even assisted me in mounting the bike into my bike rack and onto the car.What really stood out, though, was the genuine care the staff showed throughout the entire process. They were patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. It's clear that they take pride in their work and in providing top-notch customer service.I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Palm Desert for anyone looking for expert repairs and outstanding service. I'll definitely be returning for all my future bike maintenance needs!
