I highly recommend the Blender Launch Pad course for anyone really looking to get a solid understanding of Blender. Zach does a wonderful job of making sure to cover everything clearly and concisely the entire time, with bite size videos that cover the concept of a topic and then a practical demonstration of the topic. The class was originally made for Blender 2.8 and still holds up with Blender 3.1.2 (the currant stable release) with a couple minor things changed by Blender which is often addressed with quick video updates. Another big perk of this class is it also offers a community portal in which to share, learn and even get help from staff or community members on this project or others you might be stumped with.

Previously to this course, I did the fruit basket course, which I loved and encouraged me to continue. I have just finished the "Blender Launch Pad" course, it is very well-structured and very well explained. Now I'm excited to start with the "Cubic World" course.

Amazing Blender beginner course. Best money spent on the internet. Right now, I will hop on the Cubic Worlds course. And after that I will begin my own projects.

I started to learn Blender about 2 years ago, but watching random YouTube tutorials didn't give me a solid foundation and I couldn't get out of the beginner stage as soon as I wished.
So, I bought the Blender Launch Pad course in January and started Cubic World course in February.
Now I am feeling like I am getting out of the beginner stage at last.
