Easy to understand and well organized. It is really a perfect fit for beginner to learn Blender. I really enjoy this course as a start of my Blender 3D journey.

I’m about halfway through this course and enjoying it a lot. I’m a slow learner, so I play the dialogue at a slightly slower speed, so I can keep up. I also take a lot of notes during the tutorials to try & help me remember. There’s a lot of information to soak up, but slowly I’m picking things up. The initial stages of this course are mainly for complete beginners, and every step is explained in detail. I started a different course on another site, but it was way too slow (even for me!) but I retained the basics from there, so I kinda skipped a lot of the tutorials in the beginning. Zach has a very thorough method of teaching and if you struggle, there will be a comment section below, obviously you can leave a message, but I guarantee someone will have already asked your question so check first before asking. I found out about CG Boost via Grant Abbitts page, he recommended this site due to the high standards it sets, plus there’s no painful monthly payments which I hate with a vengea

I decided to go through the entire beginner course, as there are/were a lot of holes in my Blender knowledge. I will say that I am extremely happy with the beginner course, the explanations are good, there are Blender files for every chapter, and I am actually using them. I am towards the end of section 3 and enjoying it.

I already had a good grasp of Blender, having done many YouTube courses and the free CG Boost beginner's course, which is also exceptional. So I didn't complete many of the sections, but of those I did complete, I always learned something new. The course is very well-structured, well presented and is the best beginners course for Blender. I highly recommend it for complete beginners and, for those who can model already, the animation and texturing sections are splendid. I will take a look at the other courses in the academy.
