Such a great crourse! Zach is a fantastic teacher and every lesson is structured very well. I couldn't have picked a better place to start learning Blender and I already subscribed to the next course!

Easy to understand and well organized. It is really a perfect fit for beginner to learn Blender. I really enjoy this course as a start of my Blender 3D journey.

I’m about halfway through this course and enjoying it a lot. I’m a slow learner, so I play the dialogue at a slightly slower speed, so I can keep up. I also take a lot of notes during the tutorials to try & help me remember. There’s a lot of information to soak up, but slowly I’m picking things up. The initial stages of this course are mainly for complete beginners, and every step is explained in detail. I started a different course on another site, but it was way too slow (even for me!) but I retained the basics from there, so I kinda skipped a lot of the tutorials in the beginning. Zach has a very thorough method of teaching and if you struggle, there will be a comment section below, obviously you can leave a message, but I guarantee someone will have already asked your question so check first before asking. I found out about CG Boost via Grant Abbitts page, he recommended this site due to the high standards it sets, plus there’s no painful monthly payments which I hate with a vengea

I decided to go through the entire beginner course, as there are/were a lot of holes in my Blender knowledge. I will say that I am extremely happy with the beginner course, the explanations are good, there are Blender files for every chapter, and I am actually using them. I am towards the end of section 3 and enjoying it.

I already had a good grasp of Blender, having done many YouTube courses and the free CG Boost beginner's course, which is also exceptional. So I didn't complete many of the sections, but of those I did complete, I always learned something new. The course is very well-structured, well presented and is the best beginners course for Blender. I highly recommend it for complete beginners and, for those who can model already, the animation and texturing sections are splendid. I will take a look at the other courses in the academy.

Honestly, I don't know where to begin. My Blender experience has quadrupled (or more!) with this course. The presentation of the information is well-thought-out, the speed is just right, and the instructions are clear. I purchased this before the extra chapters were added on, and considered it well worth the cost then. But then Zach and crew added the UV and texturing chapters, and that alone they could have charged extra for. I recently purchased the Cubic Worlds course; I am confident it will be just as informative.
