I walked into the store and Adam greeted me when I walked it. He spent about an hour going over the features that I was interested in. He guided me to a Crosstreck ALR. I have ridden it on paved and gravel since the snow finally disappeared and loved every mile so far. Adam was patient and helped guide me in the right direction.

He answered all of our questions and was helpful without being pushy. The Trek store was the best place to try models and find the right fit while getting expert advice.
