Not usually one to do reviews but couldn’t ignore the customer service that Jake provided me at this Trek location. He went above and beyond to get me on the right bike and make sure I left the store happy. Very satisfied and will be back for any future service.

The guys at Trek Cherry Hill are always so helpful, friendly and make us feel comfortable asking any questions we have. After two years, our teenage son is still rather new to the triathlon world so having people who can help explain things that will work well for his biking sets is a huge help. It is a relief knowing that they will set him up with what suits his needs and will help develop his skills. They remember our family every time we walk into the store which also puts us at ease.

My Domane SL4 (2021) is great!! I am confident in the bike when I go to put my pedal down, stand and crank it, brake hard or shifting. Ray, the other mechanics at the store, Don the service manager, keep my bike runnning smooth with that confidence to go ride as hard as I can. The sales staff like Joe are friendly and helpful with all types of equipment and apparatus to keep me up-to-date and safe on the road. Jake the store manager, he is the best! A good guy to talk music or poetry (?) with he told me about a cycling club that changed my biking (almost ready to call myself a cyclist), and his encouragement to get as much out of riding as I can has been the good friend I needed when I started riding and knew nothing. I tell them at the store as often as I see them that if it wasn't for them I don't think I'd have elevated my level, that they contribute to my success and feeling strong on the bike, on a ride. Cycling is not cheap but that kind of help and support is (as they say) priceless. Or in my case, comes with gifts of homeroasted coffee and homemade wine!!
