Purchased my Fx 1s in July 2025, from Trek Cherry Hill. The purchase experience was great. I've ridden a little over 1,000 miles since then. Yesterday October 2025, my right pedal came off in the middle of my ride. I thought it was as simple as tighten it back on, but the threading was stripped. So, I took it back to Trek Cherry Hill for fixing. I should have it back by next week, when the new crank arms and pedals come in. I'll give an update. I recommend Trek Cherry Hill.

Let me say they found a bike for me that almost no one had. It was at another shop in MD, and they got it shipped to the store for me. Impeccable service. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I'm thrilled with my purchase.
I do wish they would have communicated with me a bit more, but I understand that these days, low staffing and lots of demand may preclude them from doing this. They'll take care of you.

Went in needing help with installation of cleats on a pair of biking shoes. They installed one pair complimentary. And helped me order another set on Amazon because they did not have them. The type of service that will bring me back at tune-up and new biking time.

My husbands brother works at Trek in PA. We went to stop at the Trek in Cherry Hill and left with a Bike. Jake was great. He was super busy but we were patient. It was a great environment. Jake was super knowledgeable & helped me feel like I made the right choice!
