Heritage Dentistry provided easy parking, a very relaxing environment, and a friendly smile when I arrived. The process was extremely easy from check-in to check-out and the information and education was superb regarding my oral health from all the staff members. The oral hygienist was very nice and gentle when cleaning my teeth. She offered ample time to wash my mouth out and readjust after each passing of the instruments and was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. The dentist was extremely friendly and provided factual, quality information with state of the art technology WITHOUT making me feel as if I didn't know anything. Great experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hamrick’s since he started his practice at this location and my experience has been nothing but excellent. He and his assistant, Shannon, just completed a filling on one of my back molars. It was actually a pleasant experience as they used a device that made the procedure more comfortable and twice as fast. He also has a membership program that has saved me money. Highly recommended.

I am so relieved to have found Heritage Dentistry! I went to two other dentists, trying to get a solution to my pretty serious tooth clenching and grinding problem. FINALLY Dr. Hamrick and his staff truly listened and offered me options and a plan.
I have now been back for a cleaning, and my chompers have never been this squeaky and white. The whole staff is very good! They explain to you what they're doing and walk you through how to care for your mouth at home.

I just received two crowns from Preston and I couldn't be more satisfied. The work, customer service and overall experience I received from Heritage Dentistry was the best I've ever had from any dental office prior. All of their staff was top notch, they all had great personalities and Preston was willing to work around my budget by providing many convenient payment options. The vibe of the place is very relaxing and upbeat, I literally felt like I was around family, so the anxiety of the whole process was toned way down compared to your average dental office. My wife and I will be going to Preston as long as we live in the Greenville area and I reccomend you do the same.

I’m so thankful I found this office and highly recommend them to everyone. I just googled emergency dental and went with the place with the highest ratings. Dr. Hamrick and his team were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I have almost zero pain tolerance when it comes to dental work (which is why I put off dealing with my problem until it became an emergency). Dr. Hamrick was very patient and reassuring and also very skillful and caring - all of which minimize pain and discomfort. And, although emergency dentist visits are never pain-free, this visit was the least painful that I’ve experienced. My three year old had to come with me, and she keeps asking to go back again (a day later) because of how kindly they treated her as well. The environment is geared more towards adult patients, but my daughter felt safe there (as did I)!
