I have been to alot of dentist in Greenville. This was the best experience ever .. Its the staff that makes it happen soon as I came in I was greeted with a great big hello. Customer service is what people remember..the doctor came in .. Very laid back ...BC we all know going to the dentist is a bit scary .. Nope not this experience.. I will definitely recommend others....

After stopping in on Halloween for a routine cleaning, I could not be more impressed by Dr. Hamrick and his staff. Regina took care of my cleaning and was very sweet and talkative. Dr. Hamrick himself was very knowledgeable of what work I did or did not need on that visit, and helpfully put a few potential areas of concern on my radar for the future. I was very happy with the visit overall, and (although it's still a dental visit) look forward to going back in the future.

I highly recommend Heritage Dentistry! I’ve been a patient with Dr. Hamrick for a few years and he does great work. The entire team is amazing. Regina does top notch cleaning and Hamrick is very through and precise. Shannon is beyond helpful and friendly to work with. Even when I’ve had minor problems shes always made it a point to make sure id been taken care of and that even the most minor adjustments were perfect. Kim is always on her game and amazing at dealing with insurance and keeping up with my family as she usually makes sure I know the next few appointments for the family. Their text reminders and the ability to get a near instant response when I have questions is perfect when life is hectic.

Dr. Preston Hamrick is a fabulous dentist! I’m 75 years young and am still taking care of my teeth. Preston’s great grandfather, Clarence Preston was my first dentist (pulled 2 wisdom teeth when I was 12). His son, Fitzhugh, took care of me for the next decade. His other son, Buddy took care of Carolyn, my future wife. Eric Hamrick, Buddy’s son, is now my periodontist and does my implants when needed. Preston, my “everyday” dentist, is competent, up-to-date with the newest devices, equipment, and technology. He is a kind man who also will go “the-second-mile” when emergencies occur. My wife, also his patient, and I could not be happier.
