Today was very enlightening for me. Dr. Hamrick was able to install a crown on my back molar , that he made at his location in Greenville, South Carolina. This is the first time that I’ve been able to get a tooth worked on and a crown in the same day. He did a great job crown fit perfectly. Dr. Hamrick and his team are all extraordinary. They all posses a reassuring demeanor that put me at ease. Dr. Hamrick took time to thoroughly explain each step during my procedure alleviating my anxiety. I feel like the only patient in the world in his office. Faith and Hailey, the dental assistants, were equally impressive, showing genuine care and concern for my well-being and I noticed their close attention to detail. Dr. Hamrick utilizes the latest technology which offers the best fitting crowns in only 1 appointment! I would also like to say that I had met another assistant, Shannon, on a prior visit. She is another amazing team member who I was so fortunate to have met on my first appointment. Kim at the front desk is welcoming and professional and she helps to make the entire experience exceptional - from start to finish. I am so happy to have finally found such a wonderful dental practice.

Definitely the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I absolutely hate the dentist and anything being done to my teeth, but I have never felt so confident and so happy with my an experience at the dentist. The staff was the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I am have ever met. They were incredibly through in assessing my teeth, and explained the importance of some procedures while others were not as important. They did such an amazing job and ensured I wad as comfortable as possible.

I first went to Heritage because of significant pain—and a horrible experience with a nearby dentist, who proposed a very expensive fix without any diagnostics. Dr. Hamrick was far more conservative and dealt with the issue after thoroughly assessing the situation, and no root canal was needed. I then had a cleaning done by Amy, who did an amazingly thorough job! Truly the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I was also impressed by all the great tech they have to track your dental health. The two most important qualities of Heritage, however, are the great care and the integrity they offer.

The entire staff always goes out of their way to ensure the best and safest care possible, and is always beyond friendly. Due to my medical history, I require premedication prior to dental cleanings and procedures and they without fail check prior to starting if medication has been taken. Dr. Hamrick and his staff are always very mindful keeping my history in consideration for the best treatments, and I always feel I am in the safest care with him and his team.
