The entire staff is fantastic and Dr. Hamrick is very friendly, personable and professional. He seems to know all the latest trends in the dentistry field, making a visit or procedure as smooth, painless and actually pleasant as possible. He remains very conscientious of his patients comfort level throughout. He also continues to inform the patient about what it is he is doing as he goes. I honestly cannot think of anything that he could do to make my last couple experiences any better. Obviously, I highly recommend Dr. Hamrick and Heritage Dentistry!

Dr. Hamrick and his staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Dr. Hamrick found issues that needed to be addressed that other dentists had never taken the time to treat. For example, he was able to explain how seriously I needed a bite guard. No other dentist had ever taken the time to show me how badly my teeth had been worn down by grinding, but Dr. Hamrick did. And my teeth are now protected!
He and his staff are also wonderful with my very shy children, putting them totally at ease for their cleanings. We are so happy to have found this practice and highly recommend them!

I have been going to Preston for the last year now. He takes time to listen and understand what's going on. I loved the initial assessment he did, and I never feel like he is trying to be pushy or upsell. He does good work, takes his time to put you at ease, and really cares about what he is doing.

Anyone out there so upset over Dr. Matthews retiring? I know I was. Well, guess what? We got a real keeper in his place. Dr. Hamrick is just wonderful. He says everything he is doing and I really like that. I would have a camera in my mouth watching if it were possible. My first appointment with him today was a temporary cap. They are no fun, but seriously, it was very pleasant. He has all of our fabulous ladies with him and that is a win win for us. Welcome Dr. Hamrick, we are all blessed to have you.

What a relief! I have never felt more comfortable or more satisfied with a dentist in my life. Because of my anxiety over past dental visits, I had been avoiding dentists for a number of years, and due to my neglect, I had developed quite a few cavities. My first visit with Dr. Hamrick immediately renewed my confidence and now that I've had all the work done, I can say that I have honestly never had a better experience with a dentist. Dr. Hamrick is truly the nicest, most gentle dentist I've ever visited, and the work that he's done on my teeth is outstanding.
