I didn't buy tires here, but my father did. My father, who isn't too tech savvy was trying to purchase tires online but was having issues. He called up Blackcircles and the gentleman walked him through everything. He even had to conference me in on the call as the security code for using the credit card, comes to my cell phone.
The transaction went smoothly, thanks to the patience of the sales agent.
Sometimes people get frustrated when dealing with clients who need extra help, that wasn't the case here. No idea if the tires are any good, but the customer service is 5*

I ordered at abt 4:PM and had 5 Continentals for my 1954 MG, by 2:PM the next day - That's 22 hours.

When looking for an online review of a product or a company, it's always goods and bads. I tried my luck and became the first time customer at Blackcircles. Bought a new set of wheels & tires here 10 days ago and had them delivered to their partner garage for installation this morning. The online purchase is smooth and their CS is responsive. The new set I ordered is flawless. The tires model is new with extra bucks to avoid the old stock. Now my very old car is young again with her new feet!

Ordered a custom staggered size of wheels and tires from them and dealt with Nathan Cloutier. (Strongly suggest dealing with him)
Which was very easy and straight forward.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong ones and contacted him.
He very quickly changed them to the correct ones and got them sent on their way at no extra charge.
I have used them before many times for tires but this is the first for wheels and they can’t be beat for customer service.

Le prix est excellent, bien en-dessous de ceux de la compétition, donc j'avais des doutes au début. J'ai finalement décidé d'acheter mes quatre pneus all-terrain, et je les ai reçus rapidement via FedEx malgré des intempéries aux BC. Le dot code est 4624 et j'ai acheté en mars 2025, alors c'est excellent. Je recommande fortement !
