Gaius and the Trek team at Osborne Park were fantastically helpful from my first contact. my old commuter bike was stolen and i needed to get fully re-stocked - the Trek website firstly let me check stock at the stores near me, and I was very happy I could reserve a bike (by email) to have a look at the next day - even through the Xmas-time rush period. Then when I went in Osborne Park store, Gaius stayed with me for the whole process of trying a couple of bikes out, making adjustments and ensuring I felt comfortable. He was really patient and friendly as I chose all the acccessories, gave honest advice and suggestions and was not pushy or judgemental at all. I was able to get everything I needed at Osborne Park - from gloves to pannier racks. The team then added all the accessories and i was able to pick the bike (Trex FX Sports 4) up the next day, and Gaius was genuinely excited that i would be able to get riding on it straight away. I also love that I get a free service! So 10 out of 10 for service and 10 out of 10 for quality of product. Thanks for all your help.

Andrew, you are a fantastic salesperson who went above and beyond on Boxing Day to ensure that both my wife and I rode away on new Trek bikes. I had never considered owning a Trek, but your enthusiasm, positivity, and knowledge won me over and secured my business. The way you made sure my wife felt comfortable on the Marlin 6 was exceptional. If it weren't for you, we would not have purchased the Marlin 6 and the Domane from the Belmont store.

I had a fantastic experience today with the team at Trek Osborne Park! I bought some tires online and was having a lot of trouble with them so walked in to the store for guidance, and the help I received was outstanding. Gaius, Fan and Danny were super helpful and provided such great service. They fitted my tires on and I tried to pay them for it but they wouldn’t take my money. Thank you so much for all your help.
