This is a professional bicycle outlet with people that know bikes, good communications and with good variety of bikes.
I took one star off the rating as their servicing requires prior booking, three days turnaround being taken to a depot other than where I purchased the bikes (Osborne Park). So when out of warranty I take the bikes to another bike store.

Staff doesn’t have product knowledge and the “manager” is too important to talk to customers. Well, I spend my money elsewhere at a good bike shop!
