I had never considered owning a Trek, but your enthusiasm, positivity, and knowledge won me over and secured my business. The way you made sure my wife felt comfortable on the Marlin 6 was exceptional. If it weren't for you, we would not have purchased the Marlin 6 and the Domane from the Belmont store.
While it's unfortunate that neither bike was in stock, your welcoming, warm, and positive demeanor made all the difference and sealed the deal.

I had a fantastic experience today with the team at Trek Osborne Park! I bought some tires online and was having a lot of trouble with them so walked in to the store for guidance, and the help I received was outstanding. Gaius, Fan and Danny were super helpful and provided such great service. They fitted my tires on and I tried to pay them for it but they wouldn’t take my money. Thank you so much for all your help. Wow! What an experience with Daniel at Trek cycles. Took time to go through everything and made process so enjoyable. Super helpful and had a minor warranty issue with an accessory and they went above and beyond. Highly recommend. The bikes do cost a little more than say 99 Bikes, but every single item in the store is quality and will last way longer. Highly recommend and will be returning.

I just had my first visit to the store after it changed to Trek and had my bike serviced. Whist I initially had a couple of issues, the customer service, communication and resolution of the issue I had was very professional.
